Was there a subsequent reduction in the Stillwell/Boonton coach fleet with cars being scrapped or sold after the service cuts of 10-66?

That freed up a lot of passenger RS's up for freight service. Some would be called back to the passenger pool as the state increased their support of commuter trains increasing the frequency of service on the Boonton and Mainline trains.
