(erielack) EL leases to CNJ

Hi all,

George Elwood's site has been updated today with a series of photos of EL
RS3 1050 at CNJ's Elizabethport, NJ engine facility and yard. In at least
two of the photos, it appears the CNJ crews are using the engine to switch
the yard.

Another oddity: The 1000-series RS3s were primarily kept on the west end of
the road, so how did this guy get here? Was it a short-term lease to the
CNJ, or was it simply one of the pool units for the SE98/ES99 joint
freights?
