Re: (erielack) Sale of the NY&GL/Dundee Spur?

Essentially, the group buying the Dundee Branch from the NY&GL have set up a
new company called the Northern & Bergen Railroad.  They are telling the
government (STB) that they are a non-railroad company.  Some other people on
this list can explain it better, but if a non-railroad buys a railroad it
prevents some labor-protection issues from kicking in.
