(erielack) OT - Broad Street Newark Station progress

Track 3 is being reinstalled on its new alignment.  Concrete ties and
rails have been placed on new subgrade.  Some welds are needed, then
ballast can be placed and the track brought up to grade.

The west end of the island platform does not appear to be open.
