From what little I can see of the concrete in the photos these two viaducts 
look like they are in pretty good shape cosmetically.  Unlike Tunkhannock, 
upon which the top is all beat to hell from freezing and thawing.  I thought 
these viaducts were all built around the same time.  Is Tunkhannock far 
enough north, or high enough in elevation, to have withstood more severe 
weather conditions than the New Jersey structures?  Any thoughts?
