Paul,
These cars were leased from Itel Corp's SSI Railcar division which wasn't formed until May, 1975. I think initially they got into IPD boxcars and acquired their fleet of flush-decks later. Both the CO&E and P&W began operations in 1973. In sum, I doubt these reporting marks were found on flush-decks during EL years.

These are the "4' too short" all-purpose cars they did (essentially
Athearn's very early version of the Walthers/Atlas cars).
My question is - are those two schemes correct for the EL timeframe?
