Listers, Ed is correct that the last train through Passaic was 100% Lackawanna. However, the crew assigned to the train that day was made up entirely of former Erie men. A photo taken by Bob Collins of the crew can be found on page 47 of Erie Lackawanna in Color, Volume 5: Merger Memories by John R. Canfield. Second from left is Engineer Dan Symington, next to Dan on the right is Conductor Harry Clawson, and on the far right is Collector Bob "Preacher" White. This was a hand picked crew for the special occasion, and the guys have told me that EL would always pick these guys if something special was going on.
