Dale,
What do you mean by "platform?" A piggyback flat car?
Currently, the closest correct thing are the 89' piggyback flats from Accurail. Apparently, these are a few scale inches too wide, but it's not too noticable.
Walthers has announced their own 89' piggyback flats, of a similar style to Accurail's (I assume they'll be the correct width?)
Athearn has re-released its 85' "all-purpose" piggyback flat, which will also work with the UPS trailers they make, but the 85' cars were far less common on these trains.
