(erielack) DL&W "Perfect Shipping" train

In the November 2004 RMC installment of Rusty Recordon's prototype and
modeling series on the DL&W's Piggyback service he includes an April
1955 photo taken in Binghamton, NY of a DL&W "Perfect Shipping" train.
Was this train used to publicize the railroads new piggyback service
begun in June of 1954 or was it promoting all aspects of DL&W's ability
to ship anything anywhere? What was the consist of this train and the
tour route?
