Honestly, it doesn't surprise me.
Seemed kind of an odd place for their offices to be in the first place.
Clients who sign multi-billion dollar contracts
aren't going to be impressed with a company who does business out of a
restored train station. It never fit their
business purpose from the start.
While Im glad the building was renovated (badly needed), structures like
that are better suited for a restaurant or
library or police station or law offices than the local headquarters for
a multi-billion dollar company.
The image, from a marketing perspective, never was right.
