Re: (erielack) Train and Crane



It looks like a pile driver-note the pole between the lower part of the 
beams, and the weight toward the top, between the beams of the equipment. My 
guess is they are installing of modifying a bridge that goes under the right 
of way-see how the crew seems to be leaning on a guard rail.  The pilings 
would stabilize the railroad while work goes on underneath.
