Both Erie and DL&W cab units could be MU'ed from the front (that's one of
the tell-tale signs of a DL&W E8 - it had an MU plug offset to the right of
its headlight, while Erie E8's had them centered under the headlight). The
Erie PA's had the distinctive plug mounted ABOVE the nose headlight.
