We shouldn't discuss it on this list simply because it does not pertain in
any way, shape, of form to the Erie, EL, and DL&W.

If the events noted are true, the loss of personal liberties is as
concerning to me as everyone else on the list, but the topic is still not
within the scope of the list guidelines.
