Paul,
It sure looks like Portland to me. The station in the
background along with the white building compare very
well to this shot I took. We have the H74 power
sitting next to the Portland Diner while the crew eats
before they went and switched the DL interchange. I
believe the switch in the foreground of your shot is
the lead for the Portland Wye and the Old Main down to
the east.
