Then they'll all cry because their tax base is eroded, and the money to run 
the town has to come from somewhere: all the whiners who didn't want the 
foam plant. They'll lose the excursion trains and all the money spent by the 
people who rode them. Then they'll wonder why the place dries up. Just 
stupid.
