When I worked as a Train Dispatcher for EL in Youngstown during the 60's and 70's, train RC-98 or MF-74, whichever train operated via River Jct at that time (it changed from time to time) usually had a block of frozen food to set off for Birdseye at Avon. It was inbound loads and empties, so some vegetables must have come in via rail for further processing. The empties would have been additional refers for outbound shipments.
