The date is correct. The location is a siding along the former Virginian RR
at the Ford truck plant in Norfolk, Virginia (Just to the West of the
Elizabeth River). I took this photo, after chasing this train along the
former Norfolk-Portsmouth Belt Line from it's crossing of the N&W main line
to Lambert's Point (Where West Virginia is loaded onto ships...Two hoppers
at a time).
