I have finished htmlizing the DL&W Rules Of The Marine Department - 1954.  You can access it
through my website listed below.  I have also submitted this to George's website.  I will now
start the 1918 version of the DL&W Rules Of The Operating Department.  This rulebook has the
USRA imprimatur on it so it is laid out a little differently from that of the 1935 and 1952
versions of the rulebook.
For those who may have bookmarked my website, I have made some changes so make sure you refresh
the window if you use the bookmark to get there.
