One interesting thing in this article that was discussed on the list
before:  turning the diner at Marion instead of Huntington.  It makes sen=
se
that they pulled it at Marion when the train was running late.  From my
research at the end the only commisary was in Hoboken.  They apparently
stocked the car to handle a Hoboken-Huntington round trip.  However,
several locations along the line were authorized to buy supplies locally =
to
restock if they ran short.  A far cry from today's Amtrak where they run
out of food somewhere between Wilmington and Baltimore on a Boston to
Washington trip.
