Are both accurate, YES, Both are excellent models.  I have both the Buffalo
Creek and Erie PS-1 with the 7' door for flour service and a bunch of
branchline kits for the Buffalo Creek AAR Car. As you know the Creek was
owned 50/50 by the Erie and LV. Neither are shake-the-box kits, although the
kadee car is prebuilt.
