(erielack) New Siding on former EL 2nd Sub at Warren, Oh.

Fellow Fans,
       The Ohio Central appears to be adding a new siding near North River 
Road at Detrich Industries (formerly Wean United) in Warren. Ties and rail 
are down, but no ballast yet.  OC switches this industry just about every 
day.
       Also, on the main, NS and OC have replaced a lot of ties, put down new 
ballast in spots, and resurfaced the track.
       I remember pacing EL trains on this line at 60 mph.
