My research for my layout shows it as originally the "Union Terminal Cold 
Storage" bldg., served by the DL&W at the extreme south side of the 
Hoboken freight yard (Tidewater Terminals, pg. 8). Also a bkgrnd shot of 
the southside of the bldg and signage viewed aas part of an Erie motive 
power shot and a distant view from the Hudson arein other of my books...
