Re: (erielack) Pronunciation-crazy :)

Tonnelle Ave/1-9 is the main local north south truck route in the area.
Traffic can be bad almost any time during the day with all the container
trucks etc, especially down toward the "circle from hell", where the ramps
from the Pulaski and the 1-9 truck route swings west then south, and Nwk Tpk
continues west.
The road alongside Croxton on theeast side is County Road; it is accessed
from 1-9 north via a jughandle, then goes under the Northern Secondary-- ex
Erie and NYS&W.It might not have been there in 1954. Paterson Plank Rd is the
next road north, also off a jughandle, unless the new connection has been
built--the plan is to build an overpass over the railroad(s).PPR then passes
Resources intermodal terminal on the right-this was the site of one of the
many abbatoirs in the area, the remains of which were torn down about 1985 to
build Resources (served by the NYS&W, which is another story).
