	I just picked up this weekend a 1916 annual report
which breaks down all the seperate railroads which
make up the "Erie". Suprisingly it does not list the
A&GW as an entity.

	The C & E could be one of two C & E's listed

The little know leased railroad 

The Columbus and Erie Railroad total 45.41 Miles ( NY
state line to Columbas PA and Buchanan JCT. PA. to Oil
City PA.

Or the traditional version

The Chicago and Erie Railroad Company
MArion Jct. Oh. to Indiana/Illinois State Line 249.570
Miles		

Of interesting note	

The Bond Maturity date for the Chicago and Erie was
set at Dec 2001 for final payment
