I copied this from Georges site on the Bessemer-

"Just wanted to let you know that the Bessemer will take 
delivery of 13 SD-40-3M's starting in January and continuing 
on through 2000. They are currently being rebuilt in Idaho 
somewhere. The B&LE had a favorable experience with 4 leased 
units this summer. They were EX-E&L SD-45's rebuilt to 
SD-40-3's by HELM Leasing. The units the Bessemer will receive
 will most likely be numbered 893-906, but this is coming 
second hand from a mechanic in the diesel shops. They will 
be air-conditioned, which is a new clause in the engineers 
contract. It will be nice to see some fresh black and orange. "

Anyone have any ideas which EL units these were?
