(erielack) Phoebe Snow Model from 1949

Compiling important dates pertaining to railroads in this county and I ran 
across the following.  A Phoebe Snow Model was on display in a local (City 
of Cortland) bank, was described in the paper dated April 15, 1949.  One end 
of the train was on the Delaware River viaduct.
What became of this model?  How big was it?
