Bob: The Lackawanna 1959 specification for E8 locomotives call for
a         Leslie 3 horn cluster. (2 A125LP and 1 A200LP).Since there
was          another A200LP facing to the rear, it would seem that all
three         would face front unless this caused excessive noise and
thus was        modified.Hope this helps.
