Alan (and any other cookie fans) -- The rule was effective at midnite, Oct 31, 1971.  Nabisco was the only location restricting ALCO's.  Other restrictions limited uses to 300's on float aprons or to 300, 400 or 500-classes on light structures.  The remaining restrictions prohibited all engines from buildings.  This is New York Division ony.

It's a shame.  I sure would have loved to see a PA switching the plant in Fair Lawn.  Oh, well. . .
