(erielack) Russian Decapods

Dear Group,

During a discussion with the several members of the local model RR group
(in Halifax, Nova Scotia) earlier this evening, the topic of Russian
Decapods came up.  I was, of course, familiar with the Erie and NYSW
decapods, but apparently Frisco and other roads also operated them. 
(The guys here were unaware that NYSW had them, so being a "transplant,"
I set the record straight).

So... which other roads had them?
