RE: (erielack) EL C347 in Marion

And if I remember correctly from a previous thread, Norfolk Souther owns the EL reporting marks.  So what we have here is a former EL caboose (C347), with a PC number (21114) lettered as transfered (NYC) from Conrail to CSX.  

So how does Paul do the decals for this?
