Re: (erielack) Phoebe Snow Box cars
The box cars proclaimed "Route of Phoebe Snow", not "of the Phoebe Snow".
The box cars advertised the symbol, not the train. What came first, the
chicken or the egg? In this case, the "advertising of the route", not
the train.
