What??  I think the Army Transportation Corps would dispute that..  The A
rmy
shipped those original diesels to Iran for service where they remained fo
r
the war. They returned to the states in 1945.  Their was an additional or
der
of 100 RS1 on 6axle trucks made for the War later (in 1942-43) of which p
art
(I believe 50) went to Russia on lendlease. The rest served in Europe.  T
he
One's in Europe for the most part came home, not all of them but most.  T
he
Russian's were never returned, and these were cloned.  For diesel spotter
s
this order did not have lighted number boards. The Original/requistioned
