(erielack) Ooops re: NYSW / DL&W message

Dear Group,

I sent my questions re: NYSW / DL&W to the list, but knocked the power
button with my toe, and re-typed the message with similar content.  So,
if both messages did actually make it through before the computer shut
down, please cut-and-paste content as necessary if you care to respond.
