(erielack) DL&W Thru line 300 series coaches

 In 1981 or 82, the Eastern Shore Railroad ran a shippers special. Two
coaches leased from RPC of Baltimore were used.  One coach was a former
DL&W 300 series coach.  The restrooms at both ends had been removed and
seats were placed in the space taken up by the restroom.  Only the toilet
rooms were retained.  It was interesting to note that some of the of the
seats were upholstered in material used by DL&W and some in material used
by the Erie in their coaches.
