Re: (erielack) Branch Questions

The Dayton OH branch was taken by Conrail. However, they removed the rail
and abandoned the line shortly after. They continued to use the line
between Cold Springs and Dayton until a few years ago when they rebuilt
the parallel ex-NYC line and removed the ex-EL line. The line between Cold
Springs and Urbana is still there and owned by the I&O. The I&O uses the
line between Cold Springs and the DT&I crossing.
