This is correct. It is for the new Hampton Corners Mine owned by American 
Rock Salt Company (ARSCO).  Their shafts have reached bottom and production 
will start soon.  The surge bin and gallery have not been constructed so the 
contractor will do the initial production so they may open these areas and 
construct these and other underground facilities.  The bottom area layout 
will likely be approved soon.  The new spur to the mine had some Indian 
burial problems that I believe have been solved and should have opened last 
month.  The headquarters for ARSCO is in New York at Retsof and no longer in 
Scranton (Clark Summit).  This mine will be one beautiful complex and visible 
from the interstate.
