(erielack) 0-8-0

Found a photo of one with a clear-vision tender, No 134.  This is a late
version, photo'd in 1948. The rest of the shots are earlier versions, with
USRA tenders, at least the C1 class, which were the only ones that were true
USRA.  C3's were copies.
