I goofed. I said east, I meant west where the Erie is. Ooops! There have to 
be two different routes, unless there is to be new roadbed from Harriman up 
to Newburgh. Otherwise, you are looking at a destination on the Erie and one 
on the NYC, no?

Again a boo boo. I meant to sya they would have a double track route to where 
ever on the West Shore the bridge connection came in. Obivously, one would 
think the routing would go through Piermont and over to the West Shore. 
Peirmont will be little more than a blur.

Norfolk Southern already has rights on Amtrak all the way to Boston.
