Paul,

I am one of crowd every night and morning. Since I have nothing else to do, I 
spend quite a bit of time observing that ebb and flow. When I talk to you 
about riders not wanting to change trains, spedd of service, destination and 
so forth it is with my commuting hat on and my engineer's cap in the drawer.
