Does anyone know if the #17 has cab signals equipped so it can operate over 
NJT?

Doesn't M&E play an important role once the NS/CSX start up date occurs?

And lastly, how will NS or M&E bring the covered hoppers to the D&R branch? 
How and when will this weekly move occur?
