A given because of time? If that's the reason, it's really dumb. You'll lose 
a lot more passengers by not going into NYC than you will waiting on a motive 
power change.

I agree that once dual power locomotives are ready, then they will great, but 
to hamper service to avoid a motor swap is short sighted.

Just my two coents.
