The NMRA has reprinted (with permission) the January 1953 issue of the ORER 
in its complete form.  The cost is $50 plus shipping to members. Check the 
web site at www.nmra.org 

I found this after searching extensively for a copy of the pub from the time 
around 1954 that I am basing my layout upon.  They are very scarce indeed!  I 
did find out that one of the branches of the New York City Public Library has 
them all.  Unfortunately I don't recall the address, as I didn't make the 
trip, but it's the one that specializes in industrial publications.  Perhaps 
one of the list members from the area can be more specific.
