(erielack) Scanton Pax Service

HI everybody,
    Its nice to hear of the new pending service from Scranton to =
Hoboken.  How is it
going to be run?  Won't it be through Port Jervis and if so, whose =
authority will it fall
under and whose equipment will be used? How will NS movement work around =
it? Are
there plans in the works for doubling trackage?   I have heard that =
there is a "feud" going on between NS and Metro North due to the fact =
that Metro North wants to add trains while NS wants the number reduced.  =
It is going to be extremely interesting!
