(erielack) F7 phases...

As for the phases, I'm not too sure about the F7 "phases" (I believe there
were only two). Based on photos from George Elwood's web site, and on
viewing the model today, I'd say that the DL&W units (611ABC, et al) were
indeed F7 Ph.I's. (Note that they were built in 1949, one of the earliest
F7's, also another clue)
