The file WINRWICO.ZIP contains over one hundred North American and 
 European railroad icons for use in Windows 3.x applications.  The icons
 were composed by Tobias Benjamin Koehler of the University of Karlsruhe,
 Germany.  The icons are for personal enjoyment and may be used to replace
 the standard icons found in Windows or to used to supplement the 
 existing icons.  

 The file is in zipped binary format.  Please report any file error
 problems to John Campbell (CAMPBJW@WKUVX1.WKU.EDU) who did the uploading
 on behalf of Mr. Koehler.

 Compliments, criticisms, questions about the icons, and / or
 suggestions should be sent to Tobias (ukjp@rz.uni-karlsruhe.de) who did
 the mapping and programming of the images.

 Within the zip file is the text file "railicon.txt" for more information.
