JTCo 410 is a shot of Johnstown Traction Company (Johnstown, PA) PCC 410, at the Moxham car barn that company used to house and maintain their fleet. The large Pepsi bottle cap mounted on the front marks the shot as being from the later 1950's, but William Nixon of Pittsburgh PA, from whom I got the photo, was unable to provide any more details. Note the large dent in the front of the car.
