    Subject: An Erie-Lackawanna gon I spotted here on the SCTR a few minutes ago loaded with ties being shipped to CSX after going through the treatment plant.
    The railroad ties are being shipped by KOPPER RAILROAD TIES of Hohenwald, TN with their home office located on Seventh Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh, Pa.
