Subject: This is the HUIS TEN BOSCH train. It is painted with the local resort's colors. Huis Ten Bosch is a theme park that used to be an old Dutch Colony in Japan about 300 years ago or so.

Subject: While station aboard the U.S.S Essex up in Yokouska Naval base, I spent the entire Saturday downtown Tokyo looking for trains. I was 2 station's down from the Bullet train main station. This one is going south to Kyoto Japan.

Subject: I caught this one, or it caught me off gaurd running down the line. I did not hear the engine until the last 200 feet. Yes, I did have my hearing check the very next day. This engine was pulling about 15 hoppers into the Pensacola area.

Subject: Like clock work. They come out late at night and run up and down the line checking the tracks security. They look really heavy.

Subject: Found both of these engines abandon on an old factory lines. Most of old rail tunnels were sealed off. They were left sitting in this spot.

Subject: While visiting the A Bomb Museum in Nagasaki. I was able to get a quick photo of this Limited Express from Fukuoka City to Nagasaki City. I thought it was a smaller version of the bullet train.

Subject: When Fukuoka had the earthquake earlier this year. All the trains were stopped. We had been waiting for almost an hour until they said it be another 5 hours til service was restored. Had a nice walk back to the nearest train station.

Subject: This type of engine is a real work horse for the railroad. Lot of power and can go a good distance with up to 15 cars. This one was use to return some passenger cars to the railyard.

Subject: This train is the Yokohama Train School. It is located near the Yokouska area. I was thinking it was a different line to another part of the Kanto Plain. No just a school.
