    Subject: This moment I captured at Wynnewood Road of the Former Philadelphia & Western Now called The Norristown High Speed Line of The South Eastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) There wasa very sever rolling stock shortage so SEPTA took six "Almond Joy" Market Frankford Subway Elevatded Cars did some modifications and acquired some Standard guage trucks and ran them stop gap measure till the new equipmet was acquired by SEPTA complimenst of ABb Traction LTDPlus 12 "Married" pairs from the Chicago Trasnit Auhority Its wa shame the ex Electtrolines"AKA Libertylined Did not linger longer It would have been quite a bonus
