CN yard goat 7023 working Black Rock Yard in Buffalo, NY the summer of '76. CN and EL alternated responsibilities for yard transfers to Fort Erie, across the International Bridge. I lived (still do) near the NYC's Buffalo belt line and a mile walk westbound down that line took me to the PC Niagara Branch and EL's Black Rock Yard.
